Malcolm: I have noticed an error in some of the materials that was supplied to you from MwRSF with respect to the TL-5 open concrete railing. The railing photos you posted are for the TL-5, 42-in. tall OCR. The FHWA approval letter and cross-sectional end view you posted are for a TL-4, 29-in. tall OCR. Will you let me know what is missing on the CD's that you will need to update the TL-5 materials. An FHWA approval letter has been requested for the TL-5 OCR but still waiting for a final response. If you have a chance please take a look at how I have structured the page and arranged the materials, especially those that Ron sent. I have attempted to make everything accessible from the mail index page and I have also structured it so that we can include a lot of supplementary materials. I think th e materials will be: (1) the simple cross-section, (2) at least one good photo, (3) at least one good dwg drawing (4) a link to an FHWA approval letter (or a state letter if the system i s certified) We can, as exemplified by the materials Ron sent, include additional materials like photos, videos, test reports, etc. I still need some more materials especially for those systems in the FHWA/CALTRANS Guide. Since I am asking for a lot of material tha -- Malcolm H.
